本公司創立於1994年,1999年10月總經理黃超吾先生，受北京清華大學邀請在北京清華總裁班講授「平衡計分卡(BSC)」2019年，有鑑于國內數位轉型風潮興起，客戶開始有MES製造執行系統的需求，逐投入研發；2022年碳盤查市場興起，客戶開始有ISO14064-1碳盤查、ISO14067碳足跡及CBAM碳關稅計算排碳量與能源管理及數據採集可視化需求，再次投入開發「碳管系統」與「SCADA系統」，並於112年12月15日通過經濟部工業局「IT類技術能量登錄」；本公司是國內少有從顧問行業直接跨越到軟體產業的顧問公司

The company was founded in 1994. In October 1999, General Manager Mr. Huang Chao-wu was invited by Tsinghua University in Beijing to lecture on the "Balanced Scorecard (BSC)" in the university's executive program. In 2019, recognizing the rising trend of domestic digital transformation and a growing client demand for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), the company began developing such solutions. In 2022, as the market for carbon inventory expanded, clients sought services related to ISO 14064-1 carbon inventory, ISO 14067 carbon footprinting, CBAM carbon tariff calculations, energy management, and data visualization; consequently, the company developed "Carbon Management Systems" and "SCADA Systems." On December 15, 2023, the company achieved "IT Technical Capability Registration" with the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. We are one of the few domestic consulting firms to have successfully transitioned directly from the consulting sector into the software industry.
